Fillezy Rapid
The FillEzy Rapid has been developed by our dedicated R&D team. We believe it is the complete machine as it inflates all films from 200mm x 120mm cushions up to 700mm wide quilt and bubble films. The rapid is capable of running cushions at speeds of up to 37 meters per minute and still weighs less than 10KG. It is portable, practical and programmable with up to 10 different film type settings available to suit the customers requirements. The Rapid has few wear parts and is extremely easy to maintain.

Innovation
We are constantly striving to improve and have listened to the feedback from our partners. This has enabled us to develop the Rapid Air Master for Q2 2019. The Air Master has several new features including: RFID film recognition technology so it will not be possible for the operator to use the machine on the incorrect settings. Internet connectivity for easier programming and routine maintenance as well as a new touch screen. A second smaller machine with a running speed of 20 metres per minute. A winding arm extension to roll quilt and bubble 400mm and 600mm films.

Due to our uniquely developed technology (HdS), Fillezy FE 1 can guarantee the highest standard of heat seal with unbelievably low power consumption.
